This is my go-to Starbucks on mornings where I feel like I need a pick-me-up. The baristas have always been so friendly and I have never had an issue with slow service (maybe because I come at 6am when no one else is there). There is not a drive thru at this location, but there is a large parking lot with plenty of space, so it's no trouble.
I always seem to be the only one trying to order. After seeing three employees eating, snacking, personal discussions they finally noticed !
Then no feeling of urgency to making drinks either!
You can look, but it's rude to Starebucks.
Massively overpriced fizzy water, wtf. Friendly, though. But how can they charge this much for a carbonated water? I have no idea. I found it actually insulting. Like I was insulted. Like I was completely insulted. Right next to Snap so we were more worried about our cats just having their big male parts cut off. Poor guys. But holy expensive water. And it's not even holy water.
We have come to this Starbucks 4 times. Why we keep coming back I am not sure. It's close to us? First day- 5:30 am no one here and they were so slow and the guy making drinks is THE LOUDEST TALKER AND SINGER. To me it's just rude to be so loud. Few other issues. What makes me crazy is we always have been the only people in line waiting to order. There are about 5 employees always and NO ONE helps us. Now here is the kicker- today. David takes our order: venti iced americano and my husband grande skinny latte. We have 4 other girls working. Two in glasses and two others. Three of them are doing nothing! One was literally standing by the coffee machine texting. The other standing with a broom in her hand talking to another. Now the girl in the espresso machine gives me my drink. Then goes to look at a blender that is having technical difficulties. Her words. So my husband is waiting. No customers. So my husband asks David where his drink is. And he says 'she is making it' meanwhile HE IS DOING NOTHING. So we wait. What is that?
Freaking horrible place they only make mobile orders if you come inside it took over 20 min to get a freaking latte of press by barista. Cashier couldn't figure out how to give me a refund when I asked so I had to wait for my sub par coffee that was made wrong! Give me a drive through any day
